BECKETT~ You are 7 months old!!
You weigh about 20 lbs (you were 19 at your 6 month check up, so I am just guessing here) and are about 28 inches long! You are definately bigger than your brother was at this age (by several lbs and inches)!
You wear a size 3 diaper, but I told your daddy this week, that we will soon be moving up to a size 4. You are wearing size 6-9 month clothes most of the time, but you are outgrowing those too. You will definately be in size 12 month by the time summer rolls around good :) You wear a size 3 shoe...and we are finally starting to put you in them more.
You are still in your infant carseat, but we are getting ready to buy you a big-boy seat. You are just too heavy for me to carry around in that seat anymore! Everyone that sees you in it comments on how big you look.
You take 6 oz of formula (Enfamil) every 4 hours or so. And you eat 3 meals a day! A jar of cereal with fruit for breakfast, a veggie and fruit (or yogurt) for lunch, and a veggie/meat/pasta and fruit for dinner. You love your baby food, and I just love feeding you! You get so excited when you see it coming and open your mouth so wide! Also, you are holding your own bottle well by now. You don't necessarily like to hold it, but you will do it. If we lay you in the floor on a blanket or if you are in your carseat, you will hold it if you are thirsty enough :)
You have started sleeping all night for about the last 3 weeks...and I am loving it!!! Daddy gets you to sleep around 9, and you will sleep until anywhere between 5 and 7. Sooooo nice :) You take a good morning nap and a good afternoon nap (usually about 1 1/2 to 2 hours). You sleep in your own room in your crib and do great. You have been in there since about 4 1/2 months. You sometimes start on your back, but always end up sleeping on your belly.
We have officially decided that you have eczema just like your brother. Poor baby. We just try to keep you lubed up good, and we use your rx cream when needed. It doesn't seem to bother too much though. But you STILL have cradle cap. Now, that does seem to bother you some. You scratch at your little head alot, so I we have to keep your nailed trimmed nice and short. If I fall behind on this, you end up with little scratches on your head.
You are sitting up like a pro (have been since 6 months) and are trying to crawl!! You love to play in the floor with your toys, and you still love your exersaucer and jumparoo. We put the swing away and we only use the bouncy seat if you want to be in the bathroom with me while I am getting ready or something. We can't put you in it unless you will be right beside us b/c you try to climb out!
You are beginning to get realy attached to your paci. If you see one laying around you want it, and if you can get your hands on it, it goes straight to your mouth!
You and your Brother love each other so much! I can't wait to see what you two get in to together in the years to come...lol.
