Levi {Two Months}

Levi Hudson, you are two months old! What have you been up to lately?

You weigh 12 lbs and are 23.25 inches long!

You wear all 0-3 month clothes and a size 1 diaper.

You are still exclusively breastfed. You nurse about every 3 hours during the day and usually just once at night. I am so happy that we have succeeded this time!

You still have at least one major spit up episode a day. Major.

And because of the spit up, you get lots of baths! Good thing you like them! And you also love having your diaper changed.

You aren't crazy about a paci, but you will take one on occasion. If I am trying to get dinner finished or something, it will hold you over for a few minutes.

You are still a fabulous sleeper. You still only get up once during the night (sometimes between 3 and 5 usually) and still take good long naps during the day. And you have already started putting yourself to sleep. We just lay you in your cradle, and you kick and coo for a few minutes, then drift right off to sleep. How did I get so lucky?

You have been smiling for a few weeks now, but just started cooing and almost laughing when you smile. You try so hard to talk. Love it!

You haven't had much problem with baby acne, but you do have cradle cap, just like your brothers. Dr. O told us today to try Selsun Blue shampoo. We will be trying that soon!

Brody and Beckett adore you, to say the least.

You love to suck on your hand, like in the picture above.

I have started letting you take a few naps in your crib, just to get used to it. Although I don't plan on moving you in there at night for quite a while.

I started back teaching my 2 year old Sunday school class, so you spent your first Sunday in the nursery at 8 weeks. Your nursery workers love you :)

We love you so much, Levi. And we are so blessed that you are ours.
