Brody has this new thing where whenever he sees a camera, he cheeses for all he is worth. He squints his little eyes closed and everything. He just started this a few days ago. Thought I would share a few pictures of my little ham cheesing for the camera.

Merry Christmas everyone!!! We had a great one this year - it was especially special being Brody's first. I have to say though - this child got more than I ever would have imagined. We are actually putting some toys up for a few months, so that they can be pulled out when he grows tired of the 500 that are still scattered around our living room, dining room, and his bedroom. We may have to turn the extra bedroom into a playroom! And just think, his birthday is in less than 2 months. Okay everyone, he needs clothes for his birthday, not toys :)

Here he is with the 4 wheeler he got from Memaw and Poppy Little. Yep, 10 months old and already has a 4 wheeler. I guess he will have a car by the time he's 10!

Our family picture taken at Mamaw Sharon and Papa's. We have yet to get a good pic of all three of us. Either Brent is not smiling, or Brody is chewing on his fingers, or I am taking his fingers out of his mouth. Something. That is why it is just Brody on the Christmas cards...lol.
We had so many places to go during Christmas, we opened presents with my mom on the Sunday before. Brooke and Brody just had a blast!

Here a couple pics of Brody at Mamaw and Papaw Webb's. We were there Christmas Eve, and he had a big time playing with everyone. I guess he had too much fun with Papaw - you can see in the bottom pics how he passed out right after he ate. The last pic is on the way home. He was exausted - just look at those sleepy little eyes :) But still all smiles of course!

Sipping on Coconut!

After I picked Brody up from Memaw tonight, we stopped by Nonnie's to see her and Brooke. They had just bought a whole coconut full of coconut milk, and Brooke was dying to try it. So, we poked a couple holes in the top and sipped away. Guess who liked the milk the most?? Brody of course!!! Brooke gagged and wouldnt try it again, and Brody would try to grab it away from whoever had it, and turn it up. Below are a few pics of him playing with his beloved coconut.

Okay, he was in my lap and was freaking out b/c I wouldnt let him type. He is happy now! Anyway, back to the coconut.......

Here is Brooke showing off her classroom at school. She loves school this year! We took Brody to her school today and let them take Santa Claus pictures together. I think they will turn out really cute! Brody wasnt afraid of Santa at all, I think he kinda liked him!

Brody's first time to eat mashed nanna all by himself. I think he got more in the chair and on his chest than in his mouth, but he had a blast! The 2nd pic of him reminds me of one we have of Brooke, don't you think so Mom??
Brody and Daddy playing on the computer. Brent has found these little internet games for infants. Brody can bang on the keyboard all he wants, and every time he hits a button, it makes a silly noise and something fun happens on the screen. HE LOVES IT!! Now every computer we see, Brody tries to attack it.

Brody's New Favorite Toy

Here is Brody's new favorite toy - the inflatable doughnut from the hospital!! He loves that thing! He has all the fancy toys that light up and sing songs.......and he wants the doughnut. Whatever floats your boat kiddo!

His new big thing is to say "BYE"!!! (And he usually does this really loud, I might add.) He tells Brent bye as he leaves for work in the mornings (or when we leave for the babysitters and Brent is still in bed......what am I doing wrong here????). Anytime we leave a store or anyone's house, if we are all saying bye, he chimes right in - it is sooo cute! The funny thing is, on those mornings that Brent is still in bed when we leave, Brody leans in real close and whispers it o him, like he is trying to be quiet. It's hilarious.

Brody and I went to Heber Springs to visit some friends of mine from college, Alicia and Cassie, and their kids Will and Shelby. We had a great time visiting, and the kiddos had a ball playing together! Cassie's in-laws have a huge house right on the lake, so we stayed there for the weekend. Thanks Judy and Kenny!!
Brody LOVES to help with the laundry! The only problem is he can pull the wet clothes out of the dryer just as fast as I put them in.........and he unfolds them just as fast as I fold them. Oh well, it keeps him busy!
Here is Brody with his Paw riding around in the big truck! He really loves to help drive now. He stands in our lap with both hands on the steering wheel!
Brody's 1st Thanksgiving was alot of fun. We had everyone over to our new house, and had lots of yummy food! I think Brody ate as much as me! He ate turkey, dressing, sweet potato casserole, butter beans, and orange salad.........I think I am going to have to put this kid on a diet soon! Here is him eating with his Uncle Ryan.

Here is Brody at the Braves game in Houston. He had a blast! This was actually a couple months ago, but I have lost my cable to connect my camera to the computer, so I will put on new pics asap!

Okay, here I go again - trying to set up a website for Brody - let's hope this one works a little better!! A friend started doing this for her little boys (thanks Jessica!), and I like the way it's laid out better. And it seems easier to update. So, here's to trying it again!!!!
